Dear Tribe Members,
It has been more than a month since our last update but we have stayed busy the whole time! We’ve kept our nose to the grindstone and now have a lot of super cool updates to share for Endless Winter, Unconscious Mind Pledge Manager and the tale of Sweet Mess.
Endless Winter Enters its Eclipse Phase 🌒
First, we are always excited when Endless Winter is in social media stories and posts. We are constantly in awe of the warm reception the game receives. For that, we are so very grateful. Our sincerest thanks goes out to each and every tribe member for the love they’ve shown!
Second, we are happy to announce that fulfillment is complete and the last replacement parts for Endless Winter have been processed and shipped to backers — Let the gaming begin! Of course, if any tribe member encounters further issues, please send us an email to [email protected] for the fastest —and coolest — resolution! We will take care of you right away.
It includes the Kickstarter Edition core game, expansions, retail version upgrade components, sleeves, promo cards, and a Big Box that has enough space and trays to hold all the published Endless Winter content your heart desires!
Following many good-spirited debates and constant back-and-forth from our creative team, the highly anticipated custom sleeves for Endless Winter are finally a reality… or … will be soon! By ordering the custom set, you will have enough sleeves for all Endless Winter cards including core game, expansions, and promos.
Completionists out there can even add the two promo cards that were not part of our original campaign: Bigfoot and Man vs Megalith. These were originally part of a collaborator’s crowdfunding campaigns but are now available through us.
Looking to make Endless Winter even cooler? Our friends over at Polandgames can help and they seem to be playing with a deck full of Craftsmen! They have created gorgeous-looking inserts for both the core and Big Box versions of Endless Winter. Check them out and act fast because their Kickstarter runs for only another 48 hours.
Cleaning Up A Mess🎂
Gather round, children. You are about to hear the tale of a mess turned neat…
It was back in 2018, when the campaign for Sweet Mess originally launched on Kickstarter. Being greeted with a lukewarm response, designers Yoma and Zax did all they could to help the project come to life — and they did! With the help of 2000+ faithful backers, Sweet Mess was successfully funded but, alas, it was not to be.
Mainly due to logistical reasons, the original company could not fulfill its promise. Many moons and an eclipse later, amid the critical acclaim for Endless Winter and the successful launch of Fantasia Games, Yoma is approached by the original Sweet Mess campaign creators in an attempt to help the project finally come to life.
After much consideration and weighing of all factors and possibilities, Fantasia Games claims all rights to Sweet Mess with the promise that the game will be delivered to all 2000+ original backers.
…Okay, storytime is over!
We felt that simply publishing this game would not be enough because what felt new in 2018 might feel outdated in 2023.
So, after taking on the project for a year:
• We revamped the game to feel fresh for 2023.
• We regained the original backers’ trust and put worries to rest by assuring them that
they will indeed be getting their game.
• We teamed up with many licensees to ensure that Sweet Mess will be in many retail
stores all over the world in over 8 languages.
It has been a long, challenging, yet very rewarding journey. While the process is not yet over, we are glad to say that we are now just a short step away from production thanks to the highly decorated Eastar Games factory.
Even Though production has not yet begun, many people have asked us for a way to support the game. So, we have added Sweet Mess and its accessories (like metal coins and the playmat) to the Unconscious Mind Pledge Manager. As a reminder, all core games include the Ice cream module.
It is also important to note that all items in our Pledge Manager will be delivered alongside Unconscious Mind’s fulfillment for shipping cost and logistics efficiency. However, original backers and Sweet Mess's retailers will receive the game earlier.
Apex Legends on the Tabletop🔫
Today, we are extremely proud to announce that Fantasia Games co-founder Thanos Argyris is one of the designers bringing Apex Legends to tabletop!
This will be published by Glass Cannon Unplugged and designed by Thanos and Michalis Nikolaou.
We would like to thank the Glass Cannon Unplugged team and especially Michał Ozon and Jakub Wiśniewski for their trust and support during the months of hard work that went into this project.
This also couldn’t be done without Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment who were always there, helping and supporting this enormous task.
Michael and Thanos wanted to design the most authentic tabletop battle royale experience possible, and we believe their efforts have paid off. We can't wait for the world to see what they have created. Stay tuned for more updates and follow the campaign!

The Eclipse Phase of our project might be headed towards its end but that is not the end of us! We are always just a message away to assist with anything related to Endless Winter. Plus, don’t forget the Scoring Phase — we are in for all sorts of plot twists there :)

From our camp buried deep in the frozen tundra, we wish you a delightful (Endless) Winter with your friends and family! By now, the majority of you should have received Endless Winter and had a chance to play it. We hope you are having a great time. Fulfillment 📦
Great news — The fulfillment process has been 100% completed. However, more is to be done. We are now correcting a few problematic orders (wrong addresses, returned packages, etc). We are in constant communication with these backers and their fulfillment centers to correct the issues immediately. We are sorry to those who still haven’t gotten your games and we promise to do better in the future.
Replacing Damaged Parts ⚙️
Due to the campaign’s size, we have received reports of damaged/ missing components. Our support team is completely focused on resolving every single issue as soon as possible. We request your understanding and patience as we address all concerns and we promise it will be taken care of asap. If you have completed the replacement parts form, you will receive an automated email from us confirming that it has been received. Please check the spam folder if you cannot find it.
Curious Minds Want to Know 💡
For those of you with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, we will be including limited, exclusive products of Endless Winter in the Unconscious Mind Pledge Manager! We are super excited to do this since so many Endless Winter backers requested it. Using the Pledge Manager seems like the best solution since we don’t have an e-shop yet. Today, we are a group of 7 in-house staff members plus many more freelance partners. This would not be possible without you.

Weekly Fulfillment Update #8

Dear tribe members,
💌 Email Issue We would like to apologize to those who have contacted us over the past two days at [email protected]. We can receive your messages but we can't reply to them. Our IT support is helping our customer support with the issue and it is expected to be resolved within 24 hours. Rest assured, our team has read all of your emails and taken the appropriate actions. The only step missing is the ability to respond. Once this email issue is resolved, you will receive a response. In the meantime, please send your messages to our Kickaster profile.
Fulfillment.
Here is the 8th and final fulfillment update. All the tracking numbers have been uploaded to the system and all the EU & UK packages have been sent out except for 50 backers'. We are trying to send these remaining backers' packages the soonest as possible and by the end of the week, the EU&UK fulfillment will have been completed.
Νow some important notes:
If for any reason you have not received your tracking number yet please send a message to our Kickstarter profile (as stated above, our email account is under maintenance).
Do not get stressed if this happens, we are on it and we will be delivering your package soon.
If you do not see any updates in your package's information, please do not be alarmed, you will see movement soon. This was also the case with the UK backers' parcels, and they got notified as soon as they arrived at a nearby hub, ready to be delivered.
We have still some backers left in Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands that had issues with DHL or received the wrong language editions. We are on it. The delay is caused because we are waiting for the packages to return as we do not have a spare stock of German or Spanish copies.
Big Box editions
We got many inquiries from backers that received their big box supposedly in English, rather than the language of their preference.
This is normal.
All the big boxes are in English and all the core components are translated. If you receive your big box and are wondering about the language, there should be a sticker on the back side of the box with the component language contained.
For example here is a Dutch Big Box:

Retailers
The biggest 4 orders from the Retailer orders for the EU & UK were shipped out today. All the rest of the orders will follow in the next few days and by the end of the next week, everything will have been sent out.
Winter has come!

Weekly Fulfillment Update #7

Dear tribe members,
As promised, here is our weekly fulfillment update #7
France:
All the French packages have been sent out and most of the French backers have already received their rewards.
UK:
We finally saw movement on your tracking numbers. Most of the tracking numbers indicated delivery for today. This is unlikely to happen but expect to receive your games in the next couple of days.
Belgium:
Packages have been sent out and backers are already receiving their rewards.
Netherlands:
All the tracking numbers have been created and will be sent out to you today.
Expect an email from Backerkit. If you do not see movement in your package, do not worry, it will happen soon.
Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, all the Rest of the EU, Turkey, and Israel.
All the English packages for these countries are already prepared and will be sent out the soonest. As we are getting very close to the finish line it makes more sense to finish off the English edition as the multiple languages slow down the process. From Monday 28/11 to Wednesday 30/11 all the other languages will be sent out.
So basically in one week from now, ALL the packages will have been out of the warehouse.

Hi everyone,
this is Yoma (art director - project manager) of Fantasia Games.
Firstly I would like to let you know that our weekly fulfillment update will be published tomorrow as normal.
Today though I would like to take a minute and invite you to check our Unconscious Mind campaign that is about to finish (10 hours left as we speak). Not only because we were working on this game for 3 years, and we are very happy with the final result, but also to be able to show you how the fulfillment issues we faced in Endless Winter helped us improve ourselves for the next campaigns to come.
I am pasting here the "Why Kickstarter?" section of it, to get an idea.
We know that we are far from perfect, but please know that we have the passion to use our experience from things we learned in previous campaigns, and improve.
So yeah. We will be happy to see you there.
Oh! and there is a mammoth there too, that would like to say hi! :)
