Weekly Fulfillment Update #6

Dear tribe members,
As promised, here is our weekly fulfillment update #6
Here we go.
Germany:
Germany is fulfilled.
As stated in the previous update a mixup with DHL prevented a limited number of backers from getting their games. Our intention was to immediately send out new packages to these backers without having to wait for the DHL returns but due to the fact that we have limited numbers of German copies available, we could not do that. So in the next few days, we will receive the packages back from DHL and we will send them out again.
Spain:
Spain is fulfilled.
France:
All the French packages have been sent out and many French backers have already received their rewards.
UK:
All the UK packages have been sent out along with their tracking numbers. In the next 24 hours, you will start to see movement in your packages :)
Italy, Netherlands, Austria:
Tomorrow, Thursday 17/11 we will start sending out packages for these regions. The shipping to these regions should not take more than 4 days. Expect your tracking number from Backerkit.
Poland, Belgium, Rest of the EU & Israel:
Fulfillment for these regions will commence next week. Expect your tracking number from Backerkit.
Two important notes:
- If a backer who lives in the already fulfilled countries has not received a tracking number yet please send us an email to: [email protected] so we can ping Packman the soonest and email your tracking number.
- A couple of backers received expansion(s) in the wrong language edition (this can happen unfortunately when you have multiple expansions and modules in different languages). We will send you the correct expansion the soonest. Expect an email from our sales department: [email protected] with directions on how to send us back (at no extra cost) the mistaken expansion.

Weekly Fulfilment Update #5

Dear tribe members,
Here is our weekly fulfillment update #5 which will focus on the EU & UK.
Germany:
Germany has been fulfilled. All the packages have been sent out. As stated in the comments section, there was a mix-up with the DHL for a limited number of German backers.
The issue has now been resolved and packages are being sent to the last backers.
Spain:
Spain is practically fulfilled. The last remaining packages left the warehouse today. If you have not yet received any tracking number from FeDex, do not be alarmed. We will be uploading batches of tracking numbers daily via Backerkit. Thus, expect an email to arrive soon.
France:
All the French packages will be sent out by tomorrow. Expect a tracking email via Backerkit.
UK:
UK shipping starts tomorrow and will be completed by next Wednesday, 16/11. (On Friday there is a national holiday on Poland, so we will be skipping a day)
Expect a tracking email via Backerkit.
Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and the rest of the EU and Israel:
Fulfillment for these countries commences on Thursday 17/11.
Due to the limited number of backers in most of these countries, we are expecting to have a more speedy process. Multiple countries with few backers will be completed every day.
We are doing what is physically possible to get you your games the soonest!

Weekly Fulfilment Update #4

Dear tribe members,
As promised here's our weekly fulfillment update #4
USA - AU/NZ - ASIA
All packages in these regions have been sent. Some final backers are being accommodated (due to address mistakes); but overall, the fulfillment in these regions is completed.
Canada
Backer fulfillment is 100% complete, while the remaining retail orders will be sent out in the next few days.
EU - UK
The last of the German pledges left the fulfillment center today. I (Yoma) kindly asked if we could change the order of destinations a bit—considering that the Spanish retail copies were available earlier and that the UK games need more time to ship—but nevertheless, all games will be sent in 2-2.5 weeks.
Tomorrow, the first Spanish packages will be sent out; and in the next two days, all the remaining Spanish pledges will be sent out. UK backers will follow on Friday, and French in the middle of next week. After France, all the rest of Europe will follow.
Hopefully everyone will have their game soon so they can enjoy the upcoming Endless Winter :)

Weekly EU Fulfilment Update #3 and Expert-Level Solo Variants!

As promised this is our weekly fulfillment update #3
EU & UK
The first 522 packages left the EU warehouse today and in a few days, they will be at your doorstep :)
We have received all the tracking numbers for those shipments but because of an internal error, we cannot upload them to Backerkit yet. We hope that tomorrow will be able to send them out to you. FYI the order that the packages are leaving the warehouse are:
Germany first, then France, then the UK, Spain, and all the rest of the countries at the same time.
Do not worry about the order though as the good folks of Packman fulfillment are doing their best to finish the EU&UK fulfillment the soonest. In one and a half days, they managed to ship 522 pledges which is a huge number so we are very pleased with the process so far!
Your games are just around the corner. Thank you so much for your patience!
Canada
The Canadian fulfillment is already underway and very close to being completed.
We are aware that there was a problem where some French expansions were mixed with the English ones and that caused a delay with the French orders as the French expansions had to be returned to the warehouse.
This issue is solved and the last 4 French backers are being prepared and shipped today :)
US, ASIA, AU/NZ, ROTW
The bulk of the backer's orders have been shipped and now the fulfillment centers are focusing on the retailer orders. Once the retailer orders will be shipped the fulfillment process is wrapping up in those regions.
